Khairul's journey began not in a training room, but aboard ships: as a Chief Engineer who circumnavigated the world and discovered, through every port and every crew, the universal language of human potential.
That passion for performance surfaced early. A national handball athlete who became the youngest handball coach to lead a championship team at 16. Later, a basketball coach for Putrajaya.
